Meineke Car Care Center

I brought my 2016 Ford Fiesta in for an inspection and maintenance on 7/19/25. The mechanic Brian was very polite, friendly and communicative. He attended to my car promptly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this place as their service is exceptional.

I went here for an inspection because it was the only place open when my regular spot was closed. I was in a time crunch or else I would have gone anywhere else. They are scammers. The inspection for my older car costs $10. They told me the wipers needed replacing when they are completely fine and functional and not at all dry rotted like they claimed. But they wouldn’t pass my inspection. When I asked how much new wilers would cost they quoted me $70. I said I would go to autozone and get new wipers for $15 dollars each. They said if I left to do that they’d have to fail my inspection and charge me for a new one when I returned. It was a better deal than buying their overpriced wipers and I…

I’ve been coming to this Meineke location for a while now, and the service is always top-notch. Brian, the manager, runs a tight ship — he and his team really know their stuff. Whether it’s routine maintenance or something more serious, they explain everything clearly and never try to upsell you on things you don’t need. The work is solid, and they’re impressively quick at getting cars in and out without sacrificing quality. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can trust, but this one definitely earns it every time. Highly recommend!

Very rude customer service. Brian? His name was.. I think Been a returning customer for oil changes, so it kinda sucks. I had to a few questions about a service and to make an appointment/plan to stop in, but no patience whatsoever and made me feel really dumb. I told him, don’t worry about it I won’t come back if this is too much to ask of you. He responded “thank you” You’re welcome Brian. Won’t be back.

Great Job!!!, Thanks for the excellent job you have done to my SUV. I appreciate the fast and efficient service you have done and now am safe because of your reliable mechanic. As I can see Meineke shop is focus on aspect customer satisfaction, expertise and quality of service as I can feel a strong level of trust, satisfaction and transparency.
