AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

Nikita was spectacular. So kind and caring. Took her time and made sure all of my needs were met. This was a great choice. Thank you so much

Avoid AAMCO on Ralph Ave & Clarendon at All Costs! I went to AAMCO thinking I was dealing with a trusted brand-name shop, but it turned out to be the worst mistake. They charged me $200 and didn’t even fix anything. My car left with the same exact issue, and I’m convinced their diagnostics were completely fake. The so-called "readings" they gave me felt made-up just to squeeze money out of me. What’s worse, I ended up getting the whole job—including the AC compressor—done properly at an independent shop on Clarendon rd and Bedford ave for only $400. Where I was quoted here at AAMCO to pay over $1300 On top of that, I received respectful and honest service, something AAMCO sor…

I recently brought my car into AAMCO, feeling anxious about a possible transmission issue. From the moment I called in, Nikita at the front desk made the experience so much easier and less stressful. She was professional, patient, and incredibly courteous. What stood out most was how she took the time to clearly explain the process in a way I could understand, which I really appreciated as someone who isn’t very car-savvy. Thanks to her clear communication and kindness, I felt much more confident leaving my vehicle in their hands. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely helps make a tough situation feel manageable. Thank you Nikita, you’re a gem!

I was fishing around looking for a good mechanic shop when I happened upon AAMCO and this is where I met Miss Nakita and Mr Wesley. She is very welcoming and has the most girlish infectious laugh, friendly and bubbly voice. I told her my problem and she understood me and this is where Mr Wesley came in. They are like two peas in a pod. The same characteristics traits. He is very warm, friendly and understanding. They both have this heart warning laugh and they make you feel like family. I don't think I could have been in a better place. Thank you so much for your hospitality and taking care of my car. I would recommend any one I know to your shop. Thank you so much again ❤️

Nakita was amazing. Her energy was beautiful from the time I walked in the door. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to ask all the questions so that my vehicle could be properly diagnosed. She was transparent about the process and gave me all the information I needed to know right from the beginning. Nothing was a surprise. I am truly satisfied with the services received at AAMCO. Nakita was excellent all around. Thank you! ❤️
