Do Not go to this motorcycle repair shop! They're unprofessional, the owner has a terrible attitude, and the service is terrible. They're a complete scam and just want to rip you off! I showed up with my motorcycle and a simple part, and agreed to a minimum two-hour installation fee. The next day, the owner called to tell me the part didn't fit and was broken! When I returned, they said I had to pay an extra two hours for the installation. The part wasn't broken, but they made excuses, saying it was difficult to install and would take longer. They gave me so many excuses. The part should only take an hour to install, but they said it would take four hours to complete... …
I contacted Zoni's for a last minute (long overdue) NYS Inspection. Called at 11am, was able to get my truck inspected by 12pm! Not only were they gracious enough to squeeze me in, they were honest about what would need to be done for the car to pass inspection. Highly recommend this shop - they've been around for 30+ years for a reason! Please support local + honest businesses! Will def be back ;)
Car Inspection was smooth. He gave good advice on car maintenance (we only drive 4 days a month on average). It’s recommended to call ahead for inspection, but once you’re there it’s very quick.
I don't like his prices you definitely can find very good mechanics for good prices. Way to expensive for no reason. I'd understand if it's a demanding job but in my country men can do it with their eyes closed. For less than half what he's asking. So please save your money and time and look for someone else.
Finding an honest and good mechanic can be extremely daunting. You just want a recommendation from a friend. Consider me your friend and consider this my recommendation. These guys shoot straight. They take care of their customers and they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. They gave me the best price around and they finished the job BEFORE the estimate. Also… who takes time to text you pics in the middle of the job to keep you updated? These guys. Thanks Zoni bros. God bless.
