Brooklyn hidden Jim for BMW Service. I always feel like I get white glove service here. Raul Martinez is an excellent advisor. Explains everything to you in details. Always Great communication Via text or phone. Service guys who are hands on with your car is always sending a detailed clear video of what they’re found or have repaired.

My service coordinator Tom is always wonderful and James the scheduler always tries to ensure scheduling works best for you. But I have to say my experiences there have been wonderful over the last 16 years the new client facing loaner at reception should not be client facing as she has a rude manner in addressing clientele. Other than that from management to the young people taking in your vehicle the people are wonderful.

The service part I was pleased with. Told me what was wrong with the vehicle no issues there. The rental department I was not. The lady that runs it started screaming at me. There was rim and a scratch the size of a hair line on the bumper. Was charged for both they wanted over 1k. Settled at $900. Would never get a loaner from them again . I had no issue resolving the matter the disrespect of talking to me that way was not ok.

Great customer service, professionalism and honesty extremely transparent in all decisions made with my car and Anthony my service advisor is a Gem to deal with! Only thing I’d like to change is the courtesy car signs on the side of the car LOL feels like I’m driving an advertisement vehicle and I 100% get that 1 bad apple spoiled it for the bunch I’m pretty sure that’s why they do it, a slight suggestion those people who keep the loaners cause their better than their own cars charge them $500-$1000 a day they go over or abuse because if they rent those cars that’s exactly what they’ll pay. I am quite disappointed with the level of service I received. I brought my vehicle in on 6/2/25 for four issues indicated in the notification; my car is still under warranty. It has been at the service center since Monday, and I only heard back this morning regarding a second diagnostic that is being conducted on my vehicle. I am concerned about the need to pay for one nevertheless two diagnostics. Additionally, I was informed about a PDC malfunction and advised that my car had been hit from the rear. However, my vehicle has never been in an accident, and the Carfax report confirms that all services were performed at a BMW dealership with no accidents reported. I would strongly advise others…
