I purchased a split unit from AC Wholesaler in 2021 dual heat pump unit. The unit started working fine until it didn't. AC Wholesaler acts as the middleman for warranty issues. I had to pay my installers to sit on the phone with technical support too many times. I often received the wrong parts and the process is extremely cumbersome. When they couldn't get me the correct part I ended up purchasing a new heat pump head. Worst case of customer support I have ever had. I like LG products but hate AC Wholesaler's warranty process. The price was right but technical support was horrible. Try another company.

I do expect that most of the bad reviews are fake Also the reviews about the installers are not fare The store can not be responsible for the mechanics that is recommend. If you don’t like the mechanic, write bad review for him I am an HVAC contractor Working with them for more than 2 years Have no complains at all

I’m a local business owner (mechanical contractor) who was purchasing equipment from them. Sadly, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give them zero or negative star I would. If you go to that place and don’t know how to speak Chinese language, you would most likely be treated rudely and served last. Despite multiple visits and many purchases, they refuse to recognize you or acknowledge any previous transactions, and even showing invoices or sales receipts will not refresh their memories. I purchased 3 split AC systems in 2019, now after two years, the AC is leaking refrigerant. They sent the first technician who said it was installation problem the connection area has a small leak, so the one who installed it needs to come back to fix it. After numbers of follow up calls and I actually had to took a day off to go to the store to request the installer to come back fix it. The installer finally came and told me that it's not installation problem, it is the machine leaking refrigerant. The installer only responsible for installation, nothing else. And told me to talk to the store. I called store again, they said that they will send the 3rd technician but not sure when will…
