I brought my vehicle in to address an issue with the passenger seat airbag light. I was informed that the problem was due to water damage caused by a small amount of water from a bottle that had leaked onto the seat that was in my purse. Throughout the visit, I repeatedly asked for a cost estimate but was not given any information. After waiting 45 minutes, a manager finally informed me that I owed $325. At no point was I made aware of any charges before the work was done, nor was I given the opportunity to approve or decline the service. Be careful here. They do not give quotes before performing a job. My wife was there today, took the car in back and said they were checking it out......came out with a $300+ Invoice. Never came out an said "It will be ____ for this and ____ for this...do you approve?"

Super lazy tire shop, I had a flat tire. After driving there, the workers there lifted my car up by mistake and damaged the plastic protective cover of the chassis. I stood by and watched, When I heard the sound of breaking, I told the worker that the plastic protection plate of the chassis was damaged, and then the worker came over and saw that it was damaged, and immediately lowered the car, drove my car out very quickly, and told I drove the car away, and I said what should I do if you damaged the protective panel of my car?
