Absolutely horrible service. Went for a oil change and to get my badges put on. When I called they gave me a specific price. Got there took 2 hours to get the oil change. When I looked at the badge emblem it was upside down and crooked. Then was told It was a honest mistake. The manager josè had the audacity to tell me, I have to come back. Ask for a quote on the work needed for my car. Man left me on hold for 6mintues to talk about "people wanting good customer service but in this day in age you dont give prices over the phone." Eventually he hung up the phone on me after having me wait. Purposely giving me bad customer because i simply ask for the estimate price.

They did a good job. After 2 weeks but charge $365 for Diagnostic. And still didn't fix my lights and refuse to give a print out of the Diagnostic that took 4hours. The dealer only charge me $160 for a Diagnostic

Sim was very nice. Explained everything in got my dodge journey running again. Gave me a complete breakdown on what my car needs. Fixed my wires and power windows and locks. I would recommend plus i will be using his services again.
