Vanderbilt Automobile Repair

I have been to Vanderbilt Auto three times now (a simple part installation, an oil change, and a x4 tire swap) and have experienced good service from Andy who is communicative about any issue and transparent about cost. Cost of labor and servicing seem fair and appropriate for where it is in Brooklyn.

I have to mention I worked closely with Alex! I have an old car (very old btw) and I was able to get it serviced. It took a bit to actually fix but overall I was very happy with the service. Any time I called or showed up I received an update. Great customer service, great communication. I will continue to do business at this location and def recommend for any car services.

These guys are the best. Been taking my cars there for years and they are always honest and reasonable. Most recently I took my car to get a repair covered by my warranty and they spent hours on the phone with warranty company to make sure I was reimbursed. Highly recommend!!
